Submitting Properties in the database By submitting a property/properties, you are agreeing that the property that you place in the database, you have full ownership interest and that you have direct ownership control to market said property and is not a third party to the property. When submitting a property in the database you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and true. Submitting Properties that are not directly owned or offered by you can create a legal situation due to the laws that governs listing property for other people. This would be called a listing service. (WE ARE NOT A LISTING SERVICE) There are laws that govern this activity. Please consult the FTC Guidelines.
Ownership Interest Equivalents Means all securities (other than Ownership Interests) convertible into or exchangeable for Ownership Interests and all warrants, options or other rights to purchase or subscribe for any Ownership Interests, whether or not presently convertible, exchangeable or exercisable.

SUBMITTER MUST ENCLOSE THE OPTION PERIOD SO THAT WE MAY UPDATE THE DATABASE AND RMOVE SAID PROPERTY.
Strictly Prohibited Co-Wholesaling properties that you don't have direct ownership interest in You may not submit as a third party marketer any real estate into this database that you don't have first place right to offer for sale or purchase. If you aren't the person that has a legal right to offer said property, you will be removed from participation in this database and your account access will be discontinued immediately. You may not market a promise to purchase that is not a first place position. Proof of first ownership interest right must provide of said interest. Proof of interest includes but not limited to:

Life of the Real Estate Property Submission The property submitted to the marketing database is limited to the following and shall be removed from the database at such time. ALL PROPERTIES SUBMITTED TO THE DATABASE WILL HAVE A 60 DAY LIFE CYCLE AND SHALL BE REMOVED FORM THE DATABASE AT 12 PM 60 DAYS FROM THE SUBMISSION DATE. THIS IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY SUBMISSIONS AND IS STRICTELY ENFORCED. UNLESS OTHERWISE, ALL DATES OF OPTION PERIODS ENDING AND CLOSE DATE, THE SUBMISSION MAY BE REMOVE EARLY OR AT A EARLIER DATE.
